During late 2016, the Catholic Diocese of Port Pirie Aged Care contracted Evergreen to develop a fresh brand presence for their aged care and home care services.

In early December, the real models of St Joseph’s House in Port Pirie and Star of the Sea in Wallaroo took centre stage.

A photo shoot was arranged to highlight the aged care services provided by the Port Pirie Catholic diocese and showcase the strong connection to the church.

Darylin Cowling Area Manager said “It was very important that the images in our new advertising be of real residents, staff and clients, so Adelaide photographer Steve McCauley was chosen to capture what makes the facilities so special. The essence of the new advertising campaign is to celebrate that our aged care services are delivered with the spirit of true friendship.”

Stories that showcased the spirit of friendship within the family included a 4 generations photograph taken at St Joseph’s House.

In this photo Joan, a resident at St Joseph’s House, her volunteer daughter Judy, her granddaughter and Lifestyle Manager Marra, and a great granddaughter who is a hospitality worker all share family memories together.

The spirit of friendship was also celebrated by the resident group of nona’s making fresh pasta, which is regular activity at St Joseph’s House Italian wing. During the photoshoot the singing and laughter could be heard far and wide.

The community care team at Star of the Sea proved that they understand the spirit of independence by offering  interesting social outings for their clients. Gilbert and his community care worker were snapped discussing the one that got away.
